Aside from the technical aspect of photographing people, Oliver is also (to use an over-used phrase) a 'people person'. This does not mean cracking jokes every five seconds and being the loudest person in the room, it means being polite, friendly and quietly assured, in order to create a space and atmosphere where subjects feel at ease to be themselves.
